Have you seen the news lately? Facebook has been in the news for doing some pretty shady stuff. In order to fix it, they have changed the way business interact and advertise with users. On top of that Facebook is losing users at a record rate which means lower reach, less engagement, and higher advertising costs. Where is everyone jumping ship to? It seems to be Instagram. Instagram is a photographers dream. Instagram also has huge engagement rates compared to that of FB. Business restrictions are limited and hashtag strategies can put you at the top. Pinterest has also remained solid and steady with low advertising cost and a mixed bag in terms of engagement. Pinterest has the added bonus of creating backlinks to your site. Video is also generating lots of engagement. IG just lunched a Youtube type service. I have started to push Youtube more as part of my brand. Lastly, Google+ seems dead. I dont see many photographers on snapchat but I think that might change soon. what is the ROI and Cost compared to FB?
Will you make any changes going into 2019? Is Facebook still providing a majority of your leads? What about Google Ranking?
